Return Policy – A RMA provided by Vortex Tool will have to be issued prior to tools being returned for credit. A re-stocking charge may apply. Tools are unable to be returned after a 6 month period of time after purchase.
Refund Policy – A refund will be issued to the credit card that was used under the original purchase.
Payment Terms – Payment must be made via credit card unless an approved credit application is on file at which time payment terms are Net 30 Days
