Return Policy
A RMA provided by Vortex Tool Company Inc will have to be issued prior to tools being returned for credit. A re-stocking charge may apply. Tools are unable to be returned after a 6 month period of time after purchase.
Refund Policy
A refund will be issued to the credit card that was used for the original purchase, or to the account on file.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made via credit card unless an approved credit application is on file at which time payment terms are Net 30 days.
