Return Policy- A RMA provided by Vortex Tool will have to be issued prior to tools being returned for credit.  A re-stocking charge may apply.  Tools are unable to be returned after a 90 day period of time after purchase. The shipping fee is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. All items must be return in original unused condition and include any accessories that that accompanied the original purchase. 

Refund Policy- A refund will be issued to the credit card that was used under the original purchase. 

Payment Terms- Payment must be made via credit card unless an approved  credit application is on file at which time payment terms are Net 30 Days 

Shipping Policy- Orders will be shipped FOB from Schofield WI.
