Grid & Pod Gasketing

Grid and pod gasketing are products that do not have adhesive.
The proper size grid/pod gasket is determined by the channel size of the router.
Try to fit the width of the channel nice and snug width-wise, then stick above the surface of the channel by roughing 1/16".
It is time to replace the gasket when it starts to wear down and becomes flush with the channel depth.
